How do I obtain a Club House & Pool Key Fob:
The previous owners should have left the keys in the house, please check counters, and kitchen drawers for them. If the previous owners and/or realtor company did NOT leave any key fobs. Please contact us . There is a cost of $85 dollars to replace a key fob.
How do I obtain a Mail Box Key:
The previous owners should have left the keys in the house, please check counters, and kitchen drawers for them. If the previous owners and/or realtor company did NOT leave any keys, please take a copy of your closing papers to the local post office box and they will issue you a mail key.

Utilities:
Cable: We currently provide cable access through TDS. Cable is an amenity. We have basic cable which comes with 1 cable box. However if you want to upgrade to movie channels, get more boxes, or get internet, here is their information.

Garbage: Garbage and Sewer charges are included on your City of St George – Utilities Bill. Garbage is collected every Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m. Recycle (Blue can) is collected every other Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m.
