How to obtain a Club House & Pool Key Fob:
The previous owners should have left the keys in the house. Please check the counters and kitchen drawers for them. If the previous owners and/or realtor company did NOT leave any key fobs, contact us here. There is a cost of $85 to replace a key fob.
How to obtain a Mail Box Key:
The previous owners should have left the keys in the house. Please check the counters and kitchen drawers for them. If the previous owners and/or realtor company did NOT leave any keys, please take a copy of your closing papers to the local post office, and they will issue you a mail key.
