Architectural Improvements
Do you want to update the appearance of your home? Do you want to change the color of your house? Do you want to add a new roof? What about adding a patio, fence, or changing your landscaping? Please read the Rules & Regulations first (under the "Documents" tab in the "More" section above). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
WHICH IMPROVEMENTS NEED ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT REQUESTS?
All improvements made to the exterior of the home, including but not limited to paint color changes, landscaping, decks, patios, fencing, walls, and roofs.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS ALLOWED AT SHADOW CREEK?
Read the rules and regulations about Shadow Creek. These are available under the "Documents" tab in the "More" section of the menu. Please provide them to your contractor as well, as compliance with the rules is the HOA member's responsibility. After reviewing the documents, if you have additional questions, contact a member of the HOA Board or click here.
WHERE DO I GET THE ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT REQUEST FORM?
We have provided the printable/downloadable form at the bottom of this page and on the Documents Page. You can also visit the Clubhouse, where there are extra copies at the desk.
WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY REQUEST?
All requests are processed through the Architectural Committee. Only complete requests submitted will be processed. To save time getting your request approved, please complete all submission requirements.
