Are you wanting to update the appearance of your home? Do you want to change the color of your house? Do you want to add a new roof? What about adding on a patio? fence? or change your landscaping? WHICH IMPROVEMENTS NEED ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT REQUESTS?
All improvements made to the exterior of the home including but not limited to paint color changes, landscaping, decks, patios, fencing, walls and roofs.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS ALLOWED AT SHADOW CREEK?
Read the rules and regulations pertaining to Shadow Creek. These are available at the "Documents" Tap of this website. Please provide them to your contractor as well, as compliance with the rules is the responsibility of the HOA member. If you do not understand the documents after you have read them, contact the HOA Board members for more information.
WHERE DO I GET THE ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT REQUEST FORMS?
We have provided the printable/downloadable form at the bottom of this page as well as the Documents Page. You can also visit the Clubhouse in which there are extra copies at the desk.
WHERE DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY REQUEST?
All requests are processed through the Architectural Committee. Only complete requests submitted will be processed, please check to ensure your request meets all submission requirements in order to save time in getting your project reviewed. You can drop off your Form at the freestanding Mail BOX #95 in front of the Club House or you can mail your request to:
