Next HOA Meeting: April 8, 2026, 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse
Rear Lawn Maintenance Reminder: Hansen's Lawn Maintenance will only enter a fenced and gated back yard if the gate is clearly unlocked and wide open. They will not otherwise enter a gated area if the gate is locked or closed. Hansen's maintenance is currently scheduled for Fridays.
Free Access to Sand Hollow Aquatic Center

With identification showing your address in the Shadow Creek Community, including your unit number, residents now have free access to the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center.

Access includes participation in all classes and programs, including Water Aerobics, Deep Water Workouts, Mobility, and Arthritis classes.

2026 HOA Meeting Schedule
Regular Meetings of the HOA for 2026 are scheduled for April 8, May 13, Sept 9, and November 11.
Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed.

Shadow Creek is nestled along the Santa Clara River, near the heart of Saint George, yet far enough from the city lights and sounds. Shadow Creek is an HOA community, meaning we are subject to a set of rules and standards, and ensure our market values are protected by upholding a benchmark of maintenance and property investments. The community CC&Rs, By-Laws, and Rules can be found on the 'Documents' page of our website. The association is responsible for maintaining common areas, including landscaping, the pool, and the clubhouse. The association is also responsible for managing architectural changes, monitoring and enforcing the CC&Rs, insurance coverage, taxes, fees, and legal matters.
