Shadow Creek is nestled along the Santa Clara River. Near the heart of Saint George, yet far enough from the city lights and sounds. Shadow Creek is an HOA community which means we are subject to a set of rules and standards and insure that our market values are being protected by up holding a benchmark of maintenance and property investments.The community CC&R's, By-Laws and Rules can be found on the 'Documents' page of our website. The association is responsible for the maintenance of common areas such as landscaping, pool, club house and play area. The association is also responsible for architectural submission process, monitoring and enforcing the covenants, community coverages, tax, fees and legal.
